data-end=\"1385\">The <strong data-start=\"1179\" data-end=\"1186\">IHM<\/strong> It is a technical document that identifies, locates and manages the <strong data-start=\"1251\" data-end=\"1276\">hazardous materials<\/strong> present on board a vessel, such as asbestos, PCBs, heavy metals, paints or polluting oils.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1387\" data-end=\"1730\">This inventory is part of the requirements of the <strong data-start=\"1437\" data-end=\"1496\">Regulation (EU) No 1257\/2013 on ship recycling<\/strong>, as well as the Hong Kong Convention of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), which aims to ensure that vessels are constructed, maintained and decommissioned in a <strong data-start=\"1682\" data-end=\"1727\">safe and environmentally friendly
