><p>Con su privilegiada ubicaci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica, puente entre Europa, \u00c1frica y Am\u00e9rica, el Puerto de La Luz en Gran Canaria por su tama\u00f1o, sus infraestructuras, la variedad y calidad de los servicios que ofrece, es el recinto portuario m\u00e1s importante en el Atl\u00e1ntico Medio. Esta situaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica ha consolidado a este puerto como un hub log\u00edstico de primer orden con m\u00e1s de una treintena de l\u00edneas mar\u00edtimas que conectan con m\u00e1s de 180 puertos del planeta. El Puerto de La Luz en Gran Canaria es el m\u00e1s grande del Archipi\u00e9lago canario y uno de los nexos de distribuci\u00f3n de mercanc\u00edas m\u00e1s importante de Espa\u00f1a. Dispone en la actualidad de casi 16 kil\u00f3metros de l\u00ednea de atraque, repartidos entre todos sus muelles, con calados que oscilan entre 3 y 45 metros de profundidad.<\/p>\n<p>Entre las ventajas que ofrece este puerto se incluyen su hist\u00f3rica relaci\u00f3n con navieras de todo el mundo, v\u00ednculos acumulados a lo largo de los a\u00f1os; su disponibilidad de instalaciones de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n; la flexibilidad y polivalencia de sus servicios. Todo esto ha contribuido a que el Puerto de La Luz en Gran Canaria destaque en la actualidad como centro log\u00edstico de contenedores y otras cargas comerciales a nivel internacional y como estaci\u00f3n de servicios para los buques que surcan las rutas atl\u00e1nticas, principalmente en aprovisionamiento de buques, pesca, reparaciones navales (especializ\u00e1ndose en el sector offshore) y en suministro de combustibles. En este \u00faltimo segmento de actividad, este puerto es l\u00edder en Espa\u00f1a y ya se le conoce como la \u201cgasolinera del Atl\u00e1ntico\u201d. Durante 2018, se suministraron 2.330.190 de toneladas.
